a)       Melting system

Raw materials are melting in cupola furnace with water cooling system. Lava flows out from the side hole at lower part of cupola furnace, and then lava flows through fix launder, and flows into movable launder and falls on centrifuge. Lava will be fiberized under the centrifugal force produced by centrifuge rotating at high speed and high speed air flow from air ring. There is level controller installed at the top of cupola furnace, it can keep the cupola furnace material in level and control the temperature of waste gas in steady. The composition of waste gas contains: CO2, CO, SO2 and dust.

For controlling the contamination, saving energy and increasing the melting temperature and promote the stability of lava, the cupola furnace needs to be installed with waste gas burning and preheating system of combustion support air of cupola furnace, as dust remover, waste gas burning furnace and heat exchanger. This system will separate the dust out from waste gas and burns the harm composition as CO and H2S, and then the air will be released into atmosphere. In order to make full use of energy, the high temperature waste will be intook into heat exchanger to preheat the combustion support air which will be blown into cupola furnace to assist burning.

i.      Furnace frame (Three layers of platform) 1 unit

Use heavy steel which is firm and wear well. With repairing platform of centrifuge, it facilitates producing, repairing and centralizing control.

ii.      Cupola furnace 1unit

Adopt new melting furnace which saves energy. The melting process is steady. And it can produce continuously. Also its repairing cost is low. This melting system is equipped with waste gas burning furnace and heat exchanger. The waste gas produced when melting will be through dust removing, waste gas burning and heat exchanging process, so the content of dust and CO will be reduced greatly to protect environment.

iii.      Cupola furnace material level control system 1set

iv.      Dust catcher  1 unit

We use dust remover in vortex type which is used to remove the dust. This dust remover can reduce the dust granule released from melting furnace effectively.

v.      Waste gas burning furnace   Autoignition    1 unit

Waste gas through dust removing, and then go into burning furnace which will burn the CO contained in waste gas by natural gas or oil. This system, firstly, it reduces the contamination to air, secondly, it increases the temperature of waste gas and supplies the heat energy for heat exchanger.

viii.      Heat exchanger  1unit

The heat exchanger is the place where the waste gas with high temperature exchanges heat energy with clean air. The waste gas released from melting furnace will be burnt in the burning furnace and then flows into heat exchanger. So the waste gas will exchanges heat energy with the clean air led in to the heat exchanger by fan. And then the clean air with high temperature will be lead into the melting furnace.
